Bathroom Remodeling in Raleigh

One of their employees, in a Re-Bath company vehicle, was driving like an absolute moron. He blew straight through an intersection with only one lane that goes straight from the right-turn-only lane, swerving into the lane, cutting me off, and almost hitting my vehicle. After that genius maneuver, he continued driving erratically, veering off the road several times. I honestly have to wonder if he was under the influence, because no sober, responsible driver behaves like that. If this is the kind of idiot Re-Bath allows behind the wheel, there is NO chance I'd trust them for any kind of handy-work, let alone a remodel.

Jenn did an excellent job. She answered all our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend Rebath. Edit: I was asked to write a review by the Rebath sales rep after the sales pitch and BEFORE the installation and I was happy to oblige. The sales rep was personable and (I thought knowledgeable) regarding the choices, colors and patterns available to us. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet our expectations. A picture is worth 1000 words and when we decided on which style to choose we went with an off white theme with gray marbling. The physical sample we were shown was very small about 6” x 9” and was off white. However, the color we ended up with is VERY different than what we were shown. This leaves us wondering if perhaps we were inadvertently shown an incorrect sample. Based on the sample we were shown we ordered what we thought was an off white shower with gray marbling. When my husband saw the color he asked the installer to stop and said, “This is not what we ordered.” The installer said it was and showed Brian the form. Based on the sample we were shown we thought the color was going to be slightly off white. We specifically discussed the color we thought we were CHOOSING in front of the sales representative before making our final decision. NOT ONCE did she contradict us and say it’s bluish green, not off white. We also asked her to send some photos afterwards because we couldn’t find the sample she showed us on the website. Again the photos showed off white. Imagine our surprise when instead of an off white with gray marbling it is a bluish green Mediterranean color with gray marbling. Even in the photo I posted for this Google review of what was installed it clearly appears to be off white, but is actually a bluish green! I am now aware that bluish green appearing off white in photos is quite common and is often due to “inaccurate white balance” and that causes a different color to be displayed rather than what the true color actually is. It’s important to note that I have never written a negative review. I was on the fence, but decided I don’t want anyone else to pay top dollar only to receive a shower that is very different from what they thought they were receiving, due to the inaccurate representation of the sample photos.

So they have a manager in charge of the office named Jackie who is very unprofessional and we just had our bathroom put in the shower walk in shower, and the installer is very nice very professional however there is a final inspection to be done and she was saying that we had to pay the money up front all of it after they put the shower in even though the final inspection has not been done and I advised her that that is incorrect and I even called and filed the second complaint with Home Depot which is going to investigate it cuz they said it does make sense that you don't pay them all the money until the final inspection has been completed. And I request to have copy of the first inspection from Wake County that is not showing in the system at all as far as them expecting us and the final inspection I requested a copy once they complete it. Jackie tried to avoid this in her statement when she says that she's sending us something about lead paint I want us to sign something, I don't sign a dang thing unless it's my check with that stopped a long time ago. Another thing is I asked to speak with the her boss she says that her boss does not speak with the customers. So that's why I'm putting this out there If I can't talk with the owner of the company about one of his employees especially the manager that's very unprofessional and hung up on me and would not let me speak to anybody above her if there's anybody else I guess she's think she's God. I was thinking about having them do my other bathroom but not with her I'm not dealing with this incompetent individual that thinks she's God and that the owner won't speak with its customers that keep them in business.

Do not use this "professional" company. Less than a YEAR after completing my master bathroom (about $36,000) the shower wall is already caving in where the top hinge is. The shower door we had installed no longer closes, because the contractor didn't put solid material behind the shower wall. So when the glass door company came in (same company ReBath uses), they installed the shower door (this was in October of 2024). Now - less than a year later - the door doesn't close. I've attached a picture for reference, just total and utter incompetence. You can find MUCH better options around the Raleigh area. One last piece: when I told the shower door guys (who just came to my house to check it out) that we used ReBath, both of them sighed and rolled their eyes. That says a lot in my opinion.
