I had rebath out to give me an estimate for a master bath remodel. I got a very professional estimate and it was reasonably price. Raj was very professional

The guys that did our tub to shower conversion did a fantastic job. Once the tub unit was out, there was an issue with the plumbing and ventilation of our upstairs laundry room being under the tub. They were able to fix that for us so we could keep the laundry room and put in the shower. They asked our opinion about where we wanted our safety bars and even came up with some creative solutions for us. The guys made sure to put flooring protection down. Covered up everything in the bathroom to prevent dust. They cleaned up each day. They ene loved on our dogs. It was a very professional job. We would love to get another shower replaced and we will use them again.

Re-Bath was great right from the start and I couldn't recommend them more. From the low pressure and knowledgeable in home sales andestimate, to the extremely courtious, hard working, and honest install team. They removed my 46 year old tub and replaced it with a beautiful, mobility friendly, walk in shower. 10/10 Would work with them again.

*Quoted an Extremely High Price Without Measurements or Product Details* Updates: After I posted my initial review, the situation did not end and instead further escalated. The company’s representative contacted me again by phone and recorded the call. During this conversation, he made unsubstantiated allegations, claiming that “someone working on my project sprayed something on him.” These statements are not true. There was no incident at the site, no confrontation, and no police report or any form of written documentation. He also stated that he believed I was unhappy with his quote because my budget did not align with his pricing, and cited this as the reason I posted the review. He repeatedly emphasized that he had driven over an hour in snowy conditions to provide the quote. It is important to note that this was a voluntary quote visit only—no contract was signed and no agreement was reached. I appreciate Raj came out to provide a quote. However, the appointment time and visit were scheduled by the company, not requested or set by me, and the travel conditions were part of a voluntary quote visit. To reiterate the original issues: Making unreasonable assumptions and comments about other workers’ work No measurements were taken before providing a quote No brand or model information was provided for the electric heated floor system Pricing was excessively high and lacked reasonable justification After the quote was declined, follow-up communication became unprofessional and accusatory I am updating this review to inform other homeowners not only about the quoting process, but also about the unprofessional follow-up behavior that may occur after a quote is declined. ========= Initial: I had a very negative experience getting a quote only for an electric heated bathroom floor, and I do not recommend this company. We are currently remodeling our basement and refreshing several bathrooms. The basement work itself is being done with the help of family friends, but the heated floor was the part I specifically wanted a professional contractor to handle. When the Re-Bath representative arrived, instead of focusing on the project, he commented negatively on the other workers on site, saying they “smelled strange,” repeatedly asking how long they had been working, and stating that the basement was taking “too long.” These comments were made without understanding the scope, stage, or inspection status of the project, and felt unprofessional and disrespectful. After showing him the bathrooms, I asked which electric heated floor system they use and what brand it was. He could not provide a brand or model, and instead showed generic installation photos, suggesting that this was “how it should be done” and implying that I should not trust other contractors—without offering any verifiable product information. Most concerning, no measurements were taken of any bathroom, yet very high pricing was quoted. I was told: The primary bathroom heated floor would be at least $12,000 The total cost for four bathrooms would be over $30,000 When I said this pricing seemed extremely high, I was told that: The thermostat alone would cost “at least $700” The heating wire would cost “at least $1,500” However, without measuring the space, without specifying any brand or model, and without a clear cost breakdown, these numbers did not make sense. Two of the bathrooms have heated floor areas of approximately 3 ft × 7 ft, and even accounting for a larger primary bathroom, the pricing lacked any reasonable justification. Overall, this experience involved: Extremely inflated pricing No measurements taken before quoting No transparency on products or specifications Unprofessional and inappropriate comments about other workers This raised serious concerns about professionalism and trust, and I would not recommend this company.

One and a half baths redone in 4 days. The installers were great and the bathrooms look wonderful. It was a very easy process start to finish.

my master-bath remodeling was done and completed perfectly just last week as I wanted and Re-bath delivered the quality work as agreed upon. Installers Jose and Gastavo were very professional and respectful to the owner and were also outstanding with their workmanship reworking on the whole bathroom as I expected.
