Don’t expect communication. Also I would request a printout of EXACTLY what you ordered before you sign anything. You will be signing electronically and the details will not be in there. Only a part reference. Everything we agreed to with the salesman was not to our satisfaction. While the company did give us the handheld sprayer, the temperature control module was not included. It’s like buying from a used car salesman. All talk but nothing in writing. They put you and 10 people on a group chat but no one responds until I bitched. I’m still waiting for copies of the permits that I had to stay at home for 2 separate days for the city inspection. Instead they send me this review link.

If I could give negative stars I would. My remodel lasted from the end of June through the middle of August 2025. A two day install turned into a 6 week nightmare! I had to have them redo everything twice since it looked like crap. The tub deck wasn't even. The faucet was faulty and they kept trying to blame it on water pressure, my well pump, or how my home was plumbed! Their "master plumber" was an idiot or he thought I was (which I am not). Once I got a real plumber out to my home, we found out the tub feet weren't even touching the ground. So the tub would have cracked in a year or so around the tub surround the way they had it held in. We replaced their expensive faucet with one from Home Depot and it works just fine. Nothing wrong with my plumbing! My Master Plumber said they used drains that aren't up to code. We are having to rip out the whole tub and rebuild the framing around it so it has support and won't crack in two. Bring the drainage up to code. That is huge. It is costing me another $2000 to fix all their screw ups. After I paid them $18,000 in the first place. I'm so angry at ReBath. They screwed me over. DON"T EVER USE THEM!!!!! I can't stress this enough!!! Oh yea...they were supposed to paint my walls to match. I gave them the paint and they wouldn't do it. I had to paint the wall area myself. Shoddy work...shoddy work ethic. They will rip you off!

Free consultation for a bathroom remodel that resulted in a 1 hour + presentation/ design, very high pressure sales tactics. We were put on the defensive to explain why we wouldn't sign the contract the same day. Nearly threatened by the $1500 consultation fee that we would get charged if we agreed to the contract at a later time but would be waved if we signed the same day. We never recieved the quote/ price breakdown despite requesting it emailed twice during the consultation with the sales representative (Rick Brandesky), 2 requests via text, and one call to the Denver project manager (Tanner), despite them claiming to have sent this to a couple different emails 4 times. Worst remodel experience out of many over the years with lots of red flags.

We had zero communication from this office and the corporate office in Nevada. Firstly on the installation date, no one showed up. Called both offices and no returned calls. Contacted Home Depot (HD), who we contacted Re-Bath throught. Talked with them told them what was happening. A few hours later from HD and was told I would be getting a call from Tanner from this office. Two hours went by and called HD again. A few minutes later HD called and told us we would be receiving a call with in an hour from Tanner. Just a little over two more hours Tanner called and told us they couldn't seem to secure a building permit from the town and he was wotking on it. I called the town and was told no contractors of any kind have called today. Asked how to obtain a permit. Relayed the steps to Tanner and he said no problem. Didn't hear from Tanner for two days and called Vanessa at corporate. She had no clue about what was going on. She called back about 30 minutes and said she talked with Tanner about getting this project done ASAP. I told Vanessa I didn't want these guys coming in and half-assing the job because we were at the Christmas/New Year holidays. I told her to have them start on the first full week after the holidays. Friday came along and nothing from either office if anyone was going to show up. Tanner never returned a call and Vanessa said she was going to call us later in the day. The installers arrived on Monday and got the bathroom done in 3 days. During that time they miss placed the shower doors and said we would have to wait 2 weeks to get new doors. I immediately called HD and told them the issue. 2 hours later the miss placed doors were getting installed. No follow-up communication about how the installation went. Vanessa sent a few pdf in an email on cleaning but on manuals on the products. To this day, still zero communication from Re-bath and non-stop communication from HD. Re-Bath has been absolutely horrible to work with, didn't even install the toilet paper holder. Would NOT recommend using Re-Bath! Terrible customer service and ignored us every step of the way.

THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGE BEWARE Had guest bathroom remodeled, they didn't connect the bathtub to the DRAIN!!!!!! UPSTAIRS BATHROOM! Now they're saying that they won't cover anything because it took a couple of years before the damage made it's way through the walls!!!!!! ALSO REFUSED TO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE IN VIOLATION OF STATE LAW TOTAL NEGLIGENCE INCOMPETENT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY STAY AWAY
