Bathroom Remodeling in Denver

We had a new shower installed and the old one replaced. Michael did a wonderful job and was comfortable to have working in the house. The new shower is beautiful! The only problem we had was the time it took to get the job done.

My salesperson was Jay and he was terrific!!! He explained everything so well in my shower project and I felt very comfortable. Great job!!!!

Made a deposit in the summer, was told our install should be able to be done in September. Nobody ever called us we had to call them and it was moved to November. Now a week has passed since they were supposed to do the work, the I suppose lead on the job doesn't communicate at all and left multiple message at their offices and no responses as of yet. Highly disappointed so far and they haven't even started the work so I am left to wonder how that will go.

Tyler and Abe did an excellent job. Their attention to detail and making sure everything was perfect was above and beyond expectation. They communicated with us during the project. We couldn’t be happy.

John Martin did an outstanding job on the remodel of a small bathroom. He is very pleasant, careful, meticulous and made excellent recommendations that I am glad we decided upon. It was so easy working with Re-Bath. Had I known how easy and what excellent people and workmanship, I would have done this long ago.

We had our corner shower removed and replaced with a tub and shower enclosure in July 2017... it still looks BRAND NEW, no kidding. They had to come back later as the shower curtain rod had been set too close in, not much room to move around when the curtain was closed. One of the Owners came to look at it and agreed; they came back and pulled down the walls on both ends and replaced them completely with the rod properly positioned. Perfect! Michael worked on this and did a FANTASTIC job! The caulking still looks brand new, clean and white, no kidding, Daniel couldn't believe it when he came recently, as I needed the tub drain replaced (very hard water here). Casey got me scheduled immediately and Daniel installed it - A-1, topnotch PROFESSIONAL work. I am so impressed, as real Customer Service and professional work is SO lacking these days. I would definitely recommend this company, and if anything further is needed I will ask for Casey and Daniel! Thank you!

Please tell your worker that is in my clearly marked parking spot on Foxwood CT in Parker, CO 80138 to move! He can park in the unit space he is working on or a visitor spot. I am getting ready to have your truck towed!

Update 09/17/25: They came back last week and fixed things. They ended up removing the frame and door, leveling the shower pan, replacing the wall where the frame attaches on the left side and under the bench, then reinstalling the door and frame. Water no longer comes out from under the door. Things are pretty level/straight. Took a while, but they did come back and make it right at no cost to me. Original 2 star review: My shower remodel did not go well. The sales rep/design consultant was great. Things went downhill after that. I'm still hoping they will make it right and I can update this review, but that hope is dwindling. What I was told at the time of sale: install would be about 12 weeks out and they would contact me in a week or two for scheduling, the install would take two days, I would have the same installers for the duration of the project, the glass wall and door would be installed up to 6 weeks after the walls were done because they have to get precise measurements, they would respond quickly if there are any problems with the work or product (there is a warranty for both). Reality: It took 39 days to get on the schedule and the install date was about 8 weeks from date of sale, the install took 3.5 days (and they called the day before start and asked to show up between 12 and 1pm instead of 8am and only worked until 3pm), 3 different installers worked on my shower although one was there most of the time, the glass was pre-ordered and the door is the wrong size, my shower wall is crooked, and I have to keep contacting them to try to get a resolution. I asked about the door on the day they were finishing the install. They eventually sent someone out about 2 weeks later when I called to ask for someone to address the issue. A different Re-Bath employee came out and took took photos of the crooked door and pointed out the wall bulging out. I waited another 10 days and called to get a status update. They didn't answer but called me back and said they were going into a meeting to find out more info and would get back to me later that day. They never called me or texted me back. The DuraBath product they sell seems fine, but I'm left with a crooked shower door that lets water out of the bottom and no plans on how they will fix the crooked wall.
