Bathroom Remodeling in Dallas

So I'm giving a rating simply based on convenience. This has been very disappointing. We're selling our home in an area that is primarily investors buying to rent them out. We just need a refresh in the master bath- same setup just update vanities and shower then do flooring and walls. Nothing fancy, just updated and functional. I had to cancel an appointment because they require both homeowners to be present so that they can go through all kinds of design options, etc. which is not something we need. If I would have known this on the front end I wouldn't have wasted over 30 minutes of my lunch hour going through setting this up and I would not have given out my personal information since it would have been pointless knowing that. The reality is family schedules are hectic enough and during downtime the last thing anyone wants to do is spend an hour and a half together going over this when it could have been gone by one of the spouses beforehand. It would appear you do good work but please alert customers to this at the very beginning out of respect for everybody's time.

The installers and installation were outstanding. I think my impulsivity was taken advantage of as far as the price goes. I'm a disabled Senior who is a fall risk. I've got one grab bar and a couple little nooks to put my soap and shampoo on . Would it have hurt to include another grab. bar and somewhere to at least hang a wash cloth up luffa up to dry ? Maybe even a built in shower stool ? I blame myself for being so impulsive and refusing the first quote or even getting more estimates? I used bad judgment and my own habit of being impulsive but I will not use Lowes again for future projects because I over paid. I hope I don't fall before I can get someone else to come in and make my shower safe. What was done was outstanding but I definitely paid to much. What's worse is I had to have an Emergency Plumber at 11pm during the installation process. Well what do you know. I slipped and fell.out of the shower. Good thing I was talked out of getting a shower door . I'm waiting for Rebath to contact me about finishing my bathroom. 700 dollars for the Emergency Plumber

Adam and the others took care to cover furniture and the floors during demo and construction. Answered all the questions I had and did a little extra that I asked for. Very polite crew. Removed a shower to be replaced with storage. Removed a tub and replaced with a walk in shower. Replaced the flooring. Added exhaust fan. Looks good

Obtained a quote for bathroom remodeling and the experience was great. William Guy is extremely knowledgeable and professional and provides a great service. Can’t wait until the actual renovation is complete.

William was very informative and explained everything in great detail. So much so that I was very comfortable moving ahead with my bathroom project.

Adam and Cory were very sweet and professional. I really appreciate how they laid down cloths on the floor all the way from the front door to the bathroom. They covered all of the bedroom furniture and bathroom counter and mirror work plastic and used a tool to suction up the dust. They left everything clean when they left. And they even left me a little rubber ducky on the soap insert of the shower. They were great!
