Bathroom Remodeling in Columbus

It has been about a year since we've had ReBath come in to remodel our master bathroom. Initially, I was less than impressed as everything was done well, with the exception of the installation of our shower doors. Every time I took a shower, the less than stellar installation was all I could see. Also, the magnetic strip holding the door closed kept slipping. Sure, they are small things, but when i paid for professional work, i expect nothing less. Then we noticed the door was leaking. At this point I was furious. I called, the receptionist noticed the other complaints and stated they would replace the entire shower door, frame and all. This time, the door is now properly installed and satisfaction has been accomplished! Thank you ReBath for taking the responsibility to make things right. That means a lot to me.

Rebath of the Southeast did an EXCELLENT job of the demo of our old tub/shower and the install of our new walk in shower. The guys were very professional and efficient. The shower walls, sliding glass doors, and all accessories are of high quality. It has been a couple of months now and everything is holding up beautifully. We are very proud of the outcome. Rebath completed my bathtub to shower conversion on Friday Nov 14, 2025. I have to say I am a very happy customer. Installers were Adam Willows and James Smith. They came nice and early Wed and worked hard all day taking out my old bathtub and getting space ready for a nice, large beautiful walk in shower enclosure. They were back early again Thursday and worked very hard all day again. Got things starting to look good. They got one or two walls up and walls were so pretty. I was getting very excited. Finally came back early Friday morning and finished putting up walls, doors, shelves, plumbing fixtures and final touches. They were careful the entire project to keep down dust and dirt to a minimum. They completely cleaned up floors and left my house in perfect condition. I was happily surprised to see what high quality fixtures walls, doors, shelves, plumbing Rebath uses. They were completely finished by about 3pm and I couldn't be happier. I want to praise our Dothan Al franchise especially because they are not all the same although most very good. I would highly recommend our Dothan franchise to anyone needing to upgrade their bathroom. Thank you all so much!

They were back early Thursday morning and worked hard all day again. They got things starting to look good, getting one or two walls up and I was very excited. The walls are so pretty! Finally came back early Friday morning and finished putting up walls, doors, shelves and final touches. They were careful all along the way to keep dust and dirt to a minimum and completely cleaned up my floors etc. leaving my house perfect. Re-Bath did a bath tub to shower conversion for us last week. It was a great experience. Adam Widdows and James Smith were our crew. They worked so efficiently and professional. The job was done in two days with no mess to clean up and a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Re-Bath and Adam Widdows and James Smith crew.

I love rebath the sales lady Kristin was so nice and friendly and we couldn’t ask for better installers will and his partner were super friendly fast and efficient they were extremely hard working and kept us involved every step of the way they treated us like family and we loved having them in our home they went above and beyond I highly recommend them

Countertop too long, cabinet to short by roughly 6".The installer had to make modifications on the fly that shouldn't have been needed. Had doorways enlarged and they have the same style but different materials on the trim work. And I was NOT aware that I had to paint the door and trim along with the baseboards and shoe molding that you installed after replacing the flooring. Something the consultant should have told me about. For almost 28k I shouldn't have to do anything once you're done. The installer Will deserves a raise with the obstacles he had to overcome with poor measuring techniques. I'd suggest that an installer do the actual measurements and the consultant have a bigger sample piece to reflect the actual colors/pattern. The sample I chose for shower was more blue, the actual product was more grey. Overall the walk in shower is beautiful
