My husband and I recently met with Scott Powers from ReBath of Cleveland regarding the remodel of two bathrooms, and we had a great experience. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the presentation. His background in building and design was clear, and he was able to answer all of our questions while helping us make informed decisions about materials, appliances, flooring, and installation. We expected an extremely high quote since one of the bathrooms will include a jetted tub with a shower. However, Scott was able to work out an excellent price for us, which we really appreciated. We ultimately chose ReBath because of the lifetime warranty, the wide variety of high-quality materials that can be customized to fit our space, and the fact that the installation includes new plumbing and can be completed in just a few days rather than weeks. Initially, we thought we would leave the session with another high quote and simply gather information that we could possibly use to complete the installation on our own. To our surprise, ReBath turned out to be the right choice for our installer, it just made sense. This review reflects our experience with the beginning of the process. We look forward to seeing the finished results and will update the review once the work is completed.

Patrick did an excellent job showing us the product, explaining the process and helping us stay within our budget. I had a great experience with our Re-Bath consultation for a bath tub install. Our representative Alex R. was incredibly detailed, patient, and transparent throughout the process. He explained options clearly and was patient with all of my many questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, just informed and respected. It made what initially felt like an overwhelming decision much more manageable. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation if you’re considering a bathroom project.

Mitch was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He answered all of our questions and concerns, he was also very personable! I would definitely work with him again!
