We had a great experience with Re-Bath from start to finish. Jen was very helpful and easy to work with during the sales process, and Brian and Anna were great throughout everything as well. We went with a natural stone shower installation and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Kevin and the installation crew did an excellent job and were professional, clean, and respectful of our home. The whole process went smoothly and the finished shower looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

I Paid for Premium, but I Got a Nightmare: Avoid Re-Bath Four months ago, I set out to remodel my guest bathroom. I chose Re-Bath despite them being the most expensive quote by far. I’ve always believed that you get what you pay for, and I was willing to pay a premium to avoid the headaches of a "budget" contractor. I couldn't have been more wrong. The "Bait and Switch" Began Immediately The sales process was smooth, but as soon as they had my deposit, the excuses started. I was told the materials I chose—the ones they offered me—were suddenly unavailable. I was forced to settle for a different sink and vanity top that I’m certain was cheaper than my original choice. Did Re-Bath offer a discount for this downgrade? Absolutely not. Total Disrespect for My Home I expected five days of construction noise; I did not expect my home to be treated like a trash site. When the crew "finished," I found: Caulk smeared into the carpet outside the bathroom. Paint splatters all over my brand-new flooring. (I was able to clean but I shouldn't have had to.) Paint fingerprints on my front door. (I was able to clean but again shouldn't have had to.) Random tools left scattered around like I’m their storage unit. Incompetent Craftsmanship The "final" inspection was an insult. The vanity was supposed to be flush with the wall; instead, they left a 1.5-inch gap that no tool or hand can reach to clean. It was a permanent dust trap. To top it off, the wall outside the shower was left uneven and looked like a DIY disaster. The Audacity of the Billing Department When I signed the contract, I paid half upfront with the rest due upon completion. Because the job was a mess, I denied the final payment request and asked to speak to the owners. For the entire week I waited for them to show up, Re-Bath harassed me with payment requests every single day. They had the nerve to demand full payment for a botched job before they even bothered to look at it. Three Months of Failed "Fixes" It took three months to get this to an "acceptable" state. The owner came out and ordered more materials to hide the mistakes. Did I get a discount for the inconvenience? NO. A month later, a "fixer" arrived and managed to make the wall look worse than before. Another month passed before the owner and two more people finally showed up to fix the drywall for the third time. The Bottom Line I spent three months babysitting a "premium" company only to settle for a bathroom that is "okay" at best. It is not what I was sold, it was not worth the stress, and it was certainly not worth being the most expensive option. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. UPDATE 3-20 I give up on this company completely! They installed a new sink for my bathroom remodel and a day after it was installed it leaked. They sent out a "plumber" and it stopped...? For that moment. Fast forward a few weeks and we just noticed it's leaking again. This is not just annoying but could damage my overpriced vanity as well. I have contacted a real plumber to come out and fix what ReBath obviously couldn't get right the first time or even the second time! It's like they hired day workers that have never done this type of work before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I just completed a full renovation of my bathroom working with the professionals at Re-Bath and am delighted with the outcome. Brandon, my design consultant, offered excellent advice in the planning stage. Dylan and Zach installed my dream bathroom in nine days and were highly skilled and knowledgeable, completely professional, polite and responsive to any concerns or questions I had, and always arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned up each day. I am absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom and have received so many compliments on it. Kudos to Dylan and Zach for making my vision come true. Update: I recently had an issue that needed to be addressed after my Re-Bath Chicago bathroom renovation. I contacted them and Brian responded promptly. He was professional and polite and made sure the problem was resolved quickly. I was very happy with the service I received.

My shower turned out great. It turned out to take a little longer than anticipated but well worth the wait. Eric and Sean were fantastic. Very professional and super nice.

We had a great time working with Terri, Brian, and Anna! From day 1 they were polite, professional, and so helpful. We re-did a small bathroom in our house including floors, vanity, some plumbing changes, mirror, and lights. Everything ran so smoothly, I changed my mind about the floors a bit later in the process and it was easy to get the ones I wanted. I also bought my own vanity and Re-Bath installed it. There was an unexpected issue with the mirror (related to my building) but Anna was able to find a replacement and get it delivered quickly so the project was still done on time. The whole team is very responsive and reliable. We talked to a few companies when deciding who to go with and Re-Bath was the obvious choice - they were the most communicative and had the best price. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! We were so happy with the results.
