Greg approaches his job as a Design Consultant by aligning himself with our company mantra “do the right thing, not the easy thing.” He tries his best to assist clients with designing their bathroom space in a manner that meets their needs and home decor, and with a genuine concern for his customers. Greg’s favorite part of his job is connecting with my customers. He says “I meet all kinds of people from all walks of life. I truly enjoy the exchange. Every day is different. Every bathroom offers its own challenges. Each space offers an opportunity to create a new reality for our clients. The ultimate payoff is the exchange after the installation is complete and the customer is ecstatic with the combined work of our team.”

Greg has quite a few interests outside of work, including; golf, hiking, racket sports, and fishing. He likes to stay active one way or another. He’s also a huge sports fan including local pro teams like the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers.

Greg says his greatest achievement in his personal life is “raising my children and step-children. Six in all. I’m proud of them as individuals. I’d like to think I’ve had a role in helping them become hard-working, honest, caring people.”

John joined the Re-Bath Lancaster team as a Design Consultant in 2020.
His favorite part of working for Re-Bath is “seeing our finished jobs and reading great reviews from happy customers.” It’s important to him to treat each customer the same way that he would want to be treated in his own home.

John recommends choosing Re-Bath because of the entire team that’s behind the job. On his days off, you can find John hiking with his beloved dog Alice, or playing golf.
His greatest achievement has been passing the PA Bar Exam and becoming an Attorney, prior to his career at Re-Bath.

John feels, “with Re-Bath, you know you’re investing in a long-term partner. Whether it’s two years from now or twenty, our customers know that we’ll be here for them no matter what they need.”

William started his position at Re-Bath of Lancaster in 2022. ‘I love being part of a great team and being able to trust everyone in the company. I especially like meeting and getting to know so many new people from so many different backgrounds. I learn something new every day!’ In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandchildren (and golf when he gets the chance!) William says his greatest achievement is his immediate family, and the fact that they are all still so close.

Carl comes to us from the Lehigh Valley, but he’s been designing bathrooms for Re-Bath from Hershey down to Philadelphia and all the way up to the Poconos for years now. Born In Philadelphia, Carl’s professional career has taken him all over this great country and has some great stories to tell. When Carl’s not out there making lives better one bathroom at a time, he’s with his wife and three children soaking it all in.

I spent 20 years in the fire service, including time as a captain, and one thing that’s always mattered to me is being part of a team that shows up for people. That’s what drew me to Re-Bath. From the first conversation, it was clear this was a company built on trust, accountability, and doing things the right way — values that align with how I’ve lived my life and built my career.
What I enjoy most about the work is helping homeowners reimagine a space they use every day. Every home is different, and it’s rewarding to be part of a process that brings comfort, function, and a fresh start to something so personal. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, staying active, and finding ways to be outdoors — whether it’s lifting, walking, or enjoying the beach when I can. I like keeping things simple, staying grounded, and doing work that matters.

Jason joined Rebath in 2024 and comes from a 20-year background as a General Contractor after retiring from 17 years in the hospitality industry. He is well-versed in industry standards and offers the vision and direct experience of a designer, installer, and consultant for your project. Jason understands the importance of a job well done and upholds our company standards above all.

In his free time, Jason enjoys being outdoors fishing, coaching soccer, and spending time in the woods. He believes in being the same person, wherever he goes, and values new customer relationships by finding the absolute best solution for your improvement.
