Bathroom Remodeling in Washington D.C.

I worked with ReBath in July 2023 to remodel my shower and it is beautiful but has been leaking since the install into the floor and subflooring (per the technician who was working on the damage in Jan 2026). I worked with them to remodel my guest bathroom and it's beautiful and has been perfect. I decided to work with them again this winter to complete the remodel of my master bath. It's beautiful BUT they found a horrible leak under the floors which was from the shower installed in July 2023. I had to pay to get the floors repaired because of a huge hole cut into the subfloor. If I didn't pay, they couldn't continue the work, so I was stuck with no where to go. That was on a Thursday, Jan 22nd. I was told we were submitting this claim for warranty and they'd do everything possible to get my money refunded for warranty. The bathroom was completed with the additional monies for the floor fix. I waited to use the shower to be sure the sealant was perfectly dry. On Sunday, Feb 1st, I used my shower and immediately see a huge puddle forming. I send videos, as requested. It is now Feb 3rd and I still haven't heard any response to the original warranty that was supposed to be submitted and now a 2nd claim is going to be added for the pudding. What, I have no idea, so I guess I'm just sitting here unable to use my shower in my beautifully remodeled bathroom. I just can't ever use my shower!!!! The warranty claim was denied because the warranty window is only 1 year. So my floor and subfloor were exposed and damaged due to a leak from the shower installation and they refuse to work with me on any warranty. DO NOT USE REBATH!!!

Kourtnie and company we found to be extremely professional, personable, went over our project in detail. She and the installer communicated with us constantly until our new walk- in shower was completed. I would recommend the Re-Bath services hands down.

She made every effort to address any issues that arose, maintained timely communication, and was present at the work site most of the time. We truly appreciated her dedication and professionalism.
