Bathroom Remodeling in Tri Cities

Last month (7 Feb 26), I had Re-Bath Tri-Cities, WA to remove my tub and shower, to install a bigger walk-in shower and storage cabinet. From meeting Lea at Lowe’s, to setting up an appointment and meeting Jaired the sales representative, and meeting the installers Jose and Eddie, everyone was professional, friendly and everything went very smoothly. I spoke with Lea on Friday and she was very good at explaining everything that Re-Bath does plus setting up the initial appointment. To my surprise I received a call and had an appointment the next day Saturday, and met with Jaired the sales representative. Jaired was on time, friendly, very professional and he explained the entire process in details. I was shown a large selection of styles, designs and materials to choose from. Once I chose what I wanted, and due to ordering and shipping I was told that it would take approximately 10 to 12 weeks, but could be as early as 6 to 8 weeks. A few days after ordering, I made a few changes to the original design and color. However, and again to my surprise, everything arrived in about 2 weeks. WOW, that was really fast! The following Monday (23 Feb 26), the installers Jose and Eddie started the remodel. From demo to finish it took 2 ½ days. The installers were very thorough and detailed throughout the whole process, making sure that everything was as perfect as could be. They also cleaned up every day they were here, careful to not leave any mess at all. Check out the before and after photos. I am very pleased with how everything turned out and I just can’t say enough about Re-Bath the quality of work, material and the outstanding job they have done. The 2 ½ week turnaround was simply amazing! I feel like I have a mini spa. Also, I would like to thank the office staff, I stopped by the showroom once and they were wonderful. I would Very Highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone needing a bathroom remodel or just a tub/shower replacement.

The installers, Jose Coronado & Militon Ramirez did a great job! They prepared the floor area with plastic to keep clean. After the job was done they cleaned up the area & took the old shower with them. Installation of the new shower & accessories look great & professional.
