Bathroom Remodeling in Spokane

Nathaniel finished the window trim in the shower. He did a great job, was quick and cleaned up after. It looks great. we are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend.

Great customer service from the start with Nate from sales. Chris called to let me know when they were on their way. He and Nathan were very professional, answered questions when I had them and went over what the plan was again with me. The plumber Lyle came in and they all worked very well together in getting the first day job done. My bathroom looks absolutely amazing from the new tub, surrounding walls, dry wall clean up and new floor!! Chris came back the second day and finished the work, I am Very satisfied all the way around and would recommend them for anyone needing bathroom upgrades.

I had a plumbing issue on a full bath remodel. Re-bath honored the warranty and had a plumber out within a few days to address the leak. Lyle was great. He made sure the leak was indeed fixed before leaving. He was prompt and thorough. I appreciate a company honoring the contract/warranty and also sending competent folks to fix issues when they do happen. Well done.

5 Star Review! If we could give 20 stars, we would. From the very beginning of the initial sales estimate appointment, to the very end of cleaning up and walking out our door, this bathroom project was seamless. When Nate the sales rep walked in the door, one of the first things he said to us was..."let's see what you need". My husband was very pleased that Nate had a construction background. No high sales pitch or pressure at all, (like the other companies we had giving us estimates) but genuine concern to make us happy. We were able to pick out what we wanted and Nate helped us work within our budget. We needed a new bath and shower, along with flooring. As a true woman, I did change my mind on the flooring, twice, and Nate was so patient with me. No attitude, just a genuine concern. He also helped us with advice for some other things "we" were doing in the bathroom. Once our semi-remodel date was set, (and in a very reasonable time frame) Alissa at the Re-Bath office contacted us. She contacted us several times before our remodel date, to make sure we knew what was going on and when. She let us know when our product was ordered, reminded us of upcoming dates, checked in to see if we needed anything and called us the Friday before they started Monday. Monday...Aaron, Austin and Lyle along with the plumber showed up on time and ready to go to work. A great group of guys, whose attitude was just the same as Nates....we just want you to be happy. During the day when Aaron would come across something, he would double check with us to confirm what we wanted and gave us advice about the grab bar etc. The plumber finished first with the tub and left. (Only one small glitch, the plumber did not put down a drop cloth, or clean up his mess downstairs, so the wood shavings were in my downstairs bathroom sink.) Aaron was headed downstairs to clean up after the plumber, but we already took care of it. When the guys finished, we were so pleased and happy with their work. We were really impressed with the communication this company had with each other. Usually, communication is the biggest problem...but these folks are AWESOME. If anyone is thinking about doing something with their bath, please call these folks. You'll be so happy.

The whole process was easy from beginning to end. The install team did a great job of letting me know everything that was going to be done, and gave me regular progress updates. The install team, Chris, Luke, and Nathaniel were very nice, and professional. John, our sales person did a great job also, and everything was exactly how he described. Thanks to everyone.
