We had a great experience with Re-Bath of Richmond. The sales consultant, the supply and work order organizer, and the installers were professional, attentive, and kind. I like the carpentry work that was done behind the plastic walls. I love the look of the walls we chose. The bathtub is nicely big and deep. I have no more glass shower doors, which opened up great space in the bathroom. The salesman, Rob, suggested the design with a high shelf behind the tub. That alone transcended the finished projected into an inviting spa. The shower head holds lots of water and doesn’t spray all over the place. This actually decreases our shower time. Lastly, it is very easy to wipe up the residual water after each use to prevent mold growth and caulk damage along the narrow rim of the tub. Sometimes, I walk into the bathroom during the day just to look at the whole array and feel a little surge of joy. It has been a wonderful experience. Go for the feeling. The money will come for your joy.

They came and corrected the issue the very next day after I posted the review below Our previous experience was great with Rebath but the work done by them yesterday was shoddy, I have attached the pictures after they completed their work.

The installers were very thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job. They informed us every step of the way. My husband and I are very happy with the job they did and use Re-Bath again.

After a long and drawn out process and several horrible experiences with other companies, we met Dave from Re-Bath. He listened to our wants & needs and we ended up with an amazing tub-to-shower conversion. He really helped us customize it for my very “height diverse” family. We greatly appreciated not being pressured into doing more than we wanted and were given the time we needed to get finances in order without the hard sell and pestering. I explained that I didn’t want a full bath remodel, just a tub-to-shower conversion and so that’s what we discussed. No hard press on expanding the project, no gimmicks for “extra money off if you sign right now.” And I don’t want to forget the crew that arrived on time, worked clean and efficiently and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend Re-Bath if you’re looking for quality work at a reasonable price.
