Hi, my name is Kevin McLaughlin. I have lived in Surprise, AZ since 2005. I am married and have 3 children, 1 daughter and 2 sons. I have been in the construction industry for the past 25 years and have had extensive experience in just about every facet of home construction and remodeling. I started at Re-Bath as an installer in January 2013. After about 1000 bathroom installations I was brought into our apprenticeship program as an installation trainer. In November of 2015 I was given the opportunity to join the Re-Bath Design Team. It is a privilege to be part of such a fantastic remodeling company, and to have landed in a position with Re-Bath that I can be in for many years to come. Hi, my name is Deborah Blair. I love Re-Bath because it allows me to balance my two passions in life; helping people and designing spaces! I am a California native from a small town on the Central Coast between Los Angeles and San Francisco. I grew up working in our family businesses from the age of eight years old. My family owned a ‘mom and pop’ breakfast/lunch restaurant and a General Construction business. For as long as I can remember, I always loved building things with my dad and decorating with my mom. As I got older, my interest turned to designing with my dad bringing my visions to life. I live in Phoenix and love the warm weather and beautiful scenery. Working as a design consultant at Re-Bath is a great fit for me because it is family operated, structured with talented people, managed well, and employs my creative mind in assisting wonderful people every day. Hello, my name is Mark. I was born and raised in Lincoln, NE. I moved to the Valley of The Sun in 2004 after growing tired of long, cold winters. I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business. I am an avid golfer, Husker fan, and enjoy staying active. I have been designing bathrooms for the past 4 years at Re-Bath and enjoy the challenge of rearranging larger bathrooms, but I tackle any job of any size! The best part of working for Re-Bath is being able to help people visualize their dreams and then making them come true. It’s very simple, I can do anything imaginable in a person’s bathroom. All they have to do is hire me!

Hello, my name is Bradlee Neuhaus. I was born and raised in Scottsdale, AZ. I graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, and followed that with a Diplôme de Pâtisserie from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. I give credit to my parents for my creative nature as they are enthusiasts of art, music, fashion and architecture. I have always had a passion for design because of my mother who is an interior design buff and had a career doing finishes on walls and furniture. I truly enjoy work and getting to know my customers to help them create their dream bathroom.

Hi, my name is Jack Bartholomew. I have been working at Re-Bath & Kitchens for over 2 years. My favorite part of my job is being able to meet new people every day on a personal level and being able to solve whatever problem they may have. I really enjoy when I go back to see the finished product and they tell me how much they love it and show it off to all their friends. I know it makes me and the rest of us at Re-Bath & Kitchens feel great about what we do. Since I’ve been doing this for a while I have seen just about everything in a bathroom: layout, color, design etc. and will be able to answer any questions. My wife and I just had our first daughter so I love spending time with them whether it be at home or preferably outdoors.
