Bathroom Remodeling in Knoxville

We had Re-Bath of Knoxville convert our bathtub to a walk-in shower in our rental log cabin in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. They did the entire project in 1-1/2 days, and it turned out great. Exactly what we wanted. The entire process from visiting the showroom to the estimator to the installation was very smooth. All along the way the entire staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way with the progress from the initial visit to the final product. Was it expensive? Yes. We had local independent contractors price it, and yes, it was much less expensive but also would take longer to do, all said a week or so, with lesser quality materials. With the same quality materials we received with Re-Bath the price difference wasn't that much different when everything was factored in. We wanted higher end materials, for one, they last longer, and due to the cabin being a rental, the amount of use it gets we felt it made sense, plus the overall high-quality look provides us better reviews, which equates to higher rental rates.

Our new bathroom is beautiful! So much brighter, more open, more modern. The Pearl Jasmine Gloss shower surround is lovely. Special thanks to Aaron, Crystal, and Reem. The installers, Rafael and Omar, did a wonderful job, very professional, did not leave a mess inside or out. Rafael did a fantastic job installing the pedestal sink. And thank you, Brandon, who provided excellent customer service. In fact, the whole company has a high level of customer service. We have used the bathroom for a week now, with no issues. A quality job and a beautiful bathroom. We recommend them highly!

I highly recommend Re-Bath Knoxville Tn. My design consultant Matt was great with explaining the process and understanding of my budget expectations. He had sample materials with him but also said I could go to their showroom in Knoxville to see the materials displayed. I met Reem the sales director at the showroom and she was very helpful explaining all the design options and I was able to make the final design decisions with her help. I visited the showroom a second time to start the process and line out all the particulars. Brandon the general manager was very helpful in explaining next steps and helping with final design picks. Crystal contacted me with the scheduling of the project and was great at keeping me up to date on every step. Wilmer and Jose arrived on time as scheduled and were friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond and do excellent work. Real craftsmen. It's not easy fitting new materials into an older structure where things are never straight and plumb. This is my only shower in my house so I was very concerned about hiring a random contractor that may or may not do what I needed. In every step of the process Re-Bath made me feel at ease that things would be done right. I was surprised how calm I was through the whole process and that is due to Re-Bath's great group of employees. I could not be happier with the outcome.

Great experience but the price is still too high for the package we purchased. Wilmer and Carlos were exceptional!

We had both of our bathrooms updated 5 years ago by Rebath of Knoxville they did both bathrooms and we loved the results! Just recently our master bathroom had one of the glass doors broke ! We contacted Rebath and spoke with crystal who took care of everything they came yesterday and replaced both doors at no cost shout out to. The technician Wilmer who came and was just wonderful thanks again to crystal and Wilmer and everyone at Rebath we highly recommend this company for your bathroom remodeling!❤️👍

We had the tub replaced for my aging in-laws. Installer was in and complete in just over 8 hours. The in-laws now have a shower that meets their needs.

Raphael and his team were so polite, respectful, neat, and very hard workers. They communicated well, asked my opinion when they had questions or concerns, and explained what they were doing along the way. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again. We elected to finish the closet ourselves. I highly recommend Re-Bath!
