Bathroom Remodeling in Knoxville

Review Update 12-26-24 I just wanted to share this very positive update for future Re-Bath customers. Last night we noticed a large water stain on the main level of our house directly beneath where Re-Bath had previously installed a new vanity faucet and related hookups. I just assumed the leak was related to their work. I sent Re-Bath an email last night letting them know about the leak and they responded very shortly after. This morning Ghandi and Carlos with Re-Bath came to investigate. Three hours later they had discovered the leak was coming from a piece of copper, which was not at all related to the work they had performed previously. They had to cut out sheetrock in three places to find the leak. They didn't charge me anything for their time even though it was not their fault. This is extremely rare in this day and age, so I just felt compelled to share this. Thanks Re-Bath! The quality of the work was exceptional and even exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the initial sales person to the people in their offices were fantastic. Carlos, our installer, was simply great. He worked overtime to expedite the job. He was courteous and easy to work with. If you're looking for quality, I can easily recommend them.

Raphael and his team were so polite, respectful, neat, and very hard workers. They communicated well, asked my opinion when they had questions or concerns, and explained what they were doing along the way. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again. We elected to finish the closet ourselves. I highly recommend Re-Bath!

We contracted to remodel two master suite bathrooms. The crew arrived as scheduled, were conscientious, staying late if needed to insure to complete the project on time. Cleaning the area thoroughly before leaving everyday regardless how late they were. Work was exceptionally well done, beautifully finished and absolutely exceeded our expectations. Having worked with other companies on improvement projects for our home, we can absolutely confirm that N&H Kitchen and Bath was clearly superior to the other companies we had worked with. Team lead Rafael was amazing and flexible when we asked for minor changes and generally created an exceptional experience. The office staff and owner were committed to insuring we had an excellent experience and were accommodating. The sales person spent the entire day understanding what our desires were and developing the proposal. She also visited there regularly to insure that we were satisfied with the progress. We highly recommend them.

Our sales person Jamie was on time and very knowledgeable,she knew the product, the installation, the warranties, and the company very well. She was very professional and the products and warranty were awesome.

Re-Bath did a great job on my bathrooms! One vanity top has a unique shape (trapezoid) and the new one fit perfectly. The sinks had some leaks underneath but the installers came back and fixed them up. My new tub/shower looks great! I would definitely use them again if I ever need more renovations.

We chose Re Bath for the ease of use. We didn’t want to visit multiple stores and deal with multiple contractors, so Re Bath was the perfect choice. Jamie came to our house with tons of helpful ideas and lots of product samples. She’s awesome and made it a breeze. Carlos was our installer. He was amazing. A pleasure to work with and very sweet. His problem solving skills got us through many potential problems. My perfectionist husband was very pleased, and so was I. Worth every penny!!!

From ordering to installation, the process was seamless. Jamie, the salesperson was knowledgeable and fun to work with. Carlos, who completed my installation was efficient and very skilled. Crystal and Mary, from the office staff, were very helpful. My new shower door is beautiful and sturdy. I hope to work on another project with them within the next 6 months.

Amazing experience!! The staff is excellent. I must confess I was a little worried when only one guy came out to do the demolition / installation but Carlos was incredible. He is thorough, organized and focused on the detail work. I wouldn’t change a thing from start to finish. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new shower and ReBath!

Great experience from the help picking out our new shower to the installation. Easy! Plus, it looks great.
