Bathroom Remodeling in Kenosha

Our experience is very good. Salesman and showroom was also good. As with any project there are always a few bumps to expect. However, Omar did not flinch. He took charge and resolved the issues quickly. Omar is organized, efficient, cleans up work area and on his game. We recommend REBATH and if you have Omar that will be an added bonus.

Chris did an amazing job helping us pick all our updates, Peggy was so helpful scheduling and following up on everything, and our installer Greg was so impressive. He did an incredible job. I would highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

Omar did an excellent job installing my new shower walls and bathtub fixtures, it looks great! I was impressed with his attention to detail, and professional approach.

My overall experience with re-bath at lake villa location was very good. Everything was taken care of from beginning to end. I converted a first floor powder room to add a shower. It was labor intensive project because space for shower had to be created by removing set of stairs and plumbing had to be moved. The staff at this location was great to work with. Peggy at the office was responsive and helped me get few things modified. Greg our lead installer was amazing. Very easy to work with and always left the place clean. I am really happy at how the bathroom turned out. I have uploaded after pictures of the bathroom. Forgot to take pictures before project started. Pros- I didn’t have to do anything. Everything was well coordinated from permit to electrician to plumbers.The staff at this location were very easy to work with. It was finished on time. Cons- a little pricey but I knew what I was getting into. Also considering the scale of the project and the fact that I didn’t want to deal with getting everything organized this worked for me.

I spent $14,000 on a shower remodel with Re-Bath in Lake Villa that is a death trap. The shower pan is so slippery it’s like a skating rink. I don’t know why it’s even legal to continue to sell shower pans like this. It started with their salesman. He came to my house and looked at my old shower. I explained what I didn’t like and that I DID like the non-slip floor and my shower head. I said the new shower had to have these plus 2 grab bars, shelves, and a small corner seat. He gave me a quote. Later, when I decided to sign the contract with them, he realized he had neglected to add in the price of the seat so that increased the price. I should have stopped then, not liking this old trick, but I signed. The shower pan said “upgraded to Re-Bath shower base” so I assumed it was the no-slip floor that I asked for. What company would sell something else to an elderly lady in a senior community. The installers were great. Very friendly and worked hard. It wasn’t their fault that they had to wait so long for the city inspector to come out so they could finish. It took 3 days but they only worked about 13 hours. The result was good. Everything fit well and looked great except for the shower head and slippery pan which I didn’t know about until I could actually take a shower 48 hours after they finished. I called about the shower pan and the response I got was “I got what was in the contract.” How is a lay person supposed to know their terminology. I relied on the salesman to give me what I wanted. Even their instructions for cleaning the shower mentioned a non-slip surface. They refused to resolve it unless I paid an extra $250. There is a $55 spray you can put on it. That’s all Re-Bath was going to do for $250. I bought the spray and had myhandy man put on 2 coats. Now it’s perfect. ReBath could have done that for the good will that they have just lost. I knew I would get a referral bonus because the email I got from Re-Bath indicated I would get $250 and the other person would get $250. However, it took over 2 months and lots of emails to finally get it from them. I’m not happy with the shower head, it is a Moen as ordered but it must be the bottom of their line. I wish I could have purchased that myself since that was their only option – to me. I found out later from my sister that she had a choice. I liked hers much better. Then after all this I get a form letter from their office person saying thank you for the business and they strive for good customer service in the 1st paragraph and then 2 paragraphs about how I better read how to take care of the shower because their warranty doesn’t cover problems if I don’t. A thank you and a threat? Not only is Re-Bath getting this bad review but I will be sure to proactively tell others about my experience. Dealing with their local office did not resolve my issues. Great installers and quality of work but terrible office/customer service and salespeople.

My experience with Modern Re-Bath was pleasant and professional. Nick the lead installer did a great job, and the plumber Mike was great also.

They came by and I just happened to be curious about remodeling my bathroom at the time. Prices were reasonable and answered any and all questions throughout the process. What sold me was the financing through home depot. (2 years at 0% interest) Peggy sent out very clear emails with details on the project. Then Omar got the entire bathroom done in just 2 days. (I only did the wet area) They adjusted around my schedule and was a good experience. (I ended up not like the shower head I chose, but that is an easy change on my end.)

Did a tub to shower conversion on my ancient bathroom that was taken down to the studs & rebuilt new for 2026! Colin was absolutely wonderful to work with, he kept me up to date with reports & photos while we were on vacation. Love my new bathroom!
