Bathroom Remodeling in Jacksonville

Great job

We had a shower remodel for our master bathroom. The installers were great Hezekian showed up when he said he would and was very professional throughout the installation. We had some issues with things that were told to us during our initial consultation/estimate that were not relayed through the contract. Hezekian made some phone calls and was able to get it all sorted out for us. Was a little disappointed that the final product was not exactly what we asked for. We asked for the smooth walls and ended up with ones with a “tile like” look. We would have preferred the smooth, but what we got is OK and not worth the hassle it would be to change it. We demo’d the bathroom ourselves as we were told in our consult that would reduce the cost- though not sure that was true as the installers said they normally do the demo. In total it took 3 days to complete the project and then came back the next week for a final video inspection. Like I said- the installation crew was great. Very happy with them and the work they did. The sales person/estimator needs some work to make sure what he is telling the customer is correctly relayed and that he is ordering the correct product.

Lewis and Josh were an exceptional team from REBATH. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable working on this project. Not only did they leave the site immaculate but they made sure we understood how to operate the new fittings and also expedited the final paperwork. We would highly recommend Lewis and Josh for any REBATH projects.

Even though we had a few hiccups with the remodel, both of the bathrooms turned out beautifully and team Lewis and Josh did a great job! Always on time and courteous when working. Tanya went above and beyond to manage and solve the hiccups that were encountered. She is awesome! Would recommend Re-Bath and would use them again!

We love our new walk-in-shower and tub-shower from Re-Bath. Excellent quality materials and installation. They have great product selection to choose from. Justin our salesperson did a great job explaining our options and Tonya also was very helpful and supportive in answering questions and scheduling the work. The installers Michael and Byrd were simply the best!

Very happy with the schedule, cost, work, installation, and finished product! Michael completed the entire project in 2 1/2 days alone! He was on time each day, detailed, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable! This entire process was GREAT and painless! I would recommend Re-Bath and Michael to anyone looking to convert tub to shower!🙌🏾👏🏾👍🏾 It’s been 12 days since my walk in shower was installed and I can honestly say that “I am very happy with the results and love my shower and taking a shower!😁

True professionals. Great work. Freddie has a great eye and very detailed oriented. His recommendations was spot on. His craftsmanship is subpar to none. He installed my quartz countertop in my laundry room in no time, everyone loves it. I will be definitely referring him to all my coworkers, family and friends.
