Bathroom Remodeling in Grand Rapids

Re-Bath of Grand Rapids did a great job, very professional. Tyler Macomb did excellent install work, and Jonathan Wiley got us started out right picking out our design. Recommended We just had Re-Bath back to do a tub to shower conversion. Donal did a great job getting the conversion design and materials lined up, and Jake did a wonderful job doing the installation. While the door will be installed later as it's custom fit, we have no doubt it will be the same great quality as our 1st shower installation. Very pleased, highly appreciated, and vet must recommended! 5 Stars!!

Everything went smoothly from the beginning with Donal initially coming out to see what I wanted done. He gave me options for my new shower stall. Donal is experienced at his job and not pushy at all. I made the final decision. He explained everything in detail. Installation was scheduled a few weeks later. My new shower stall is absolutely beautiful! Jake was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My 2nd time using Re-Bath and they didn’t disappoint! I would use them again and recommend them. The day after my shower install, I had a problem trying to lower the shower curtain tension bar. I called Re-Bath, left a message and Donal returned my call. He immediately came to my house even though he was done for the day. He fixed the problem for me and made sure I was satisfied. That’s what call excellent customer service! I am very pleased with Re-bath!

We are SO happy with our new Master Bathroom! When we first called Re-Bath, we weren’t sure what we wanted to do aside from a new shower, but we had a wealth of information in our sales rep, Donal, and our construction guy, Tyler. Donal was totally reliable, respectful, never pushy, incredibly helpful (even when I felt like I was endlessly debating on flooring), and really made us feel like he genuinely cared about our satisfaction from start to finish. After everything was done, we had a couple tweaks we wanted, and Donal not only was very quick to respond, but Tyler was quick to come back and get it done the right way the first time! Tyler led the guys doing the work at our house, and he did a wonderful job! He was trustworthy, respectful of our home and our time, kept his work areas (and the path from outside through our house and to the master bathroom) clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. Tyler was always professional, didn’t hesitate to let me take pictures while he was working, and most importantly, did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it. That professionalism resonated through everyone who worked in our home, and that really stood out to us. My husband’s favorite part is the 84” tall shower doors, as he’s 6’5” and has always had to duck to get in the shower. Our shower seat also supports way more than both my husband and myself weigh, so we don’t have to worry about the after work showers where you just want to sit in the hot water and decompress for a little bit. It’s very well built, sealed, and everything wipes clean with a cloth, even with our VERY hard water! My favorite part are the heated floors! (You can see in the picture below they’re our cat, Jolene’s, favorite too lol) My feet are usually ice cold, so when Tyler finished with the flooring, I couldn’t wait to use it! We have ours on a timed schedule, so by the time we wake up in the morning for work, we walk onto cozy, warm tile floors in our bathroom now. It makes waking up for work much less “painful” in the mornings! If you’ve been thinking about calling Re-Bath for your remodel, consider this your sign or invitation to call them! We were expecting it to be a stressful experience, on a smaller scale to what we experienced when we built our house, but this was actually fun! We’ll have to get our boys’ bathroom redone in the next few years, and we’ve already decided we’re going with Re-Bath again. They have it down to a science, so to speak, so we only went without our master shower for 4 days, and it was totally worth it! Re-Bath is worth every penny!

We had a fantastic experience with our ReBath project. From the very start Donal was so easy to work with to plan our shower replacement and vanity update.
