David Ozuna was assigned to do the job of redoing my bathroom he was very efficient came in placed tarp on the floor to catch the dust and proceeded to tear apart the bathroom he was very concise and explained everything ass he did it with replacing the water lines, drain and floor just an excellent job kudos to him

The step is to high for handicap. But they are supposed to fix it for me.i had open heart surgery and and I am having issues crawling around that step.i do other wise thay are very kind and will fix it.When i am ready for my small shower I will let them do it because they will come back i have a problem with it thank you.

My family had an extremely poor experience with Re-Bath of El Paso during my parent’s bathroom remodel. From the beginning, it was clear that the Re-Bath team did not have clear communication among themselves. The consultant was able to answer all questions, but it was later discovered that answers given were incorrect. When changes or decisions needed to made, management took it upon herself to make those decisions for my parents. From the consultant to management to the installers, all gave inconsistent information, which led to confusion and mistakes throughout the project. Management was also lacking. There did not seem to be clear oversight or accountability, and when issues came up, they were either ignored or addressed far too late. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like no one was taking ownership of the problems. The consultant sent out was not properly trained. When management was asked regarding training, she stated she does not go over new contracts completed by new consultants to correct mistakes. One of the biggest issues was that incorrect supplies were orders, which cause unnecessary delays and added frustration. Instead of resolving things efficiently, the process became drawn out and disorganized. We were informed the project would take 4 days to complete. It ended up taking 4 weeks to complete due to having to reorder supplies and scheduling conflicts. Overall, what should have been a simple remodel turned into a stressful and disappointing experience, especially for money the company charges for products and installation. I would not recommend Re-Bath of El Paso based on my experience.

The process from the consultation to installation was very professional the installer Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a 5 star job on demo and installation I would definitely recommend re bath and Jake to anyone remodeling a bathroom great job and service

Everyone we interacted with were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Armando, Alfredo, Julian, Frank, Rudy,Maria, Erica and Vanessa were a pleasure to work with. We had a project where the drywall had to be cut into, to add backing for shower seats. When it was all finished, you could not even tell the drywall had been touched. They did a very good job. I highly recommend Re-Bath of El Paso.

Re-bath of El Paso ****Just wanted to update my review.**** We were supposed to get a warranty, well we have had issues with the sliding doors, the sink and the toilet. You pay so much money for all this to be done. You call the office and they promise to send someone and to this day. 1 young man came and accomplished nothing. He said he'd be back and he hasn't come to repair anything. It's been months.. The Vigil's Don't waste your money.

We were 100/100% satisfied with what these two men did in our bathroom every step of the way they took their time with everything they had us look and say it was OK or if it was all right they were very, very helpful and everything and when we have questions, they answered them They were superior men working on this bathroom of ours. We sure do want to continue to work with Reba for our next bathroom project thank you so much for sending. David and JR they were very nice to us and answered all our questions. Thank you again and we hope to see them soon again thank you.
