Bathroom Remodeling in Augusta

Re-Bath replaced our old, leaking, fiberglass tub/shower with a new tub/shower. The sales rep Sean was helpful and responsive with planning the replacement. Our installers, Mason and Cody, did a terrific job, showing great attention to detail (Mason's caulking was very neat!). The installation did take a bit longer than expected (2 1/2 days total), due to findings behind the old tub, but Mason and Cody helped to resolve the issues efficiently. While the cost was not inexpensive, it compared very favorably with other companies in the area. We are very pleased with the new tub/shower and would recommend them without hesitation.

Re-Bath did an excellent job of renovating our bathroom. The new walk-in shower area is absolutely beautiful. The installers, William and Mason, did excellent work, were focused on doing a good job and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend Re-Bath.

I had such high expectations for Rebath. They performed a demo of a previous surround bathtub, install a slipper tub and a new clothes closet door. The slipper tub I ordered was to be a LH drain and they sent a center drain so he had to jack hammer my slab. Supposedly they didn’t had a LH drain ??? But it clearly states LH on my paperwork. Plenty of tile left but the tile was not placed correctly. As you can see several ground lines were double the original size. No trim was added to the two cabinet walls. The closest door, they dented the existing trim by reusing it and didn’t even fill in their nail holes. I will not go into specifics but my experience was not a good one. Shoddy tile and grout work and trim work. Some Might say why did I accept it. I did try to address it with him but got nowhere. Not to mention their employee was VERY unprofessional and I wanted him out of my house. Extremely disappointed and I feel extremely ripped off. I called the office and placed a complaint. I did talk to a gentleman over their crew and I expected a call back to tell me it had been handled, however, I received no call. We heard about Rebath via word of mouth and what great work they do. From beginning to end, this company is very reliable. Cudos to John and Jason who performed the installation of our beautiful walk in shower. They were personable, showed up on time, cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, and advised of any minor issues before continuing their work. Job well done!

Sean provided an in-home consultation, listened to my project needs and offered expert advice on the changes that needed to be made. Unskilled in decorating, I was so grateful for Sean's help in choosing the best colors and design that suited my 'likes' and space. Eduardo completed the entire installation - from gutting the bathroom to polishing the 'new everything' to a shine. Communication & customer service were top-notch and I'm so very happy with my new bathroom!

Excellent throughout

I had difficulty getting in & out of my old tub/shower. Falling in the tub would have been disastrous! It was time for a change. I contacted 3 installers and ReBath was the only to call me back. The install team did a wonderful job. They were professional and would check with me to make sure they were doing what I had wanted. I love my new shower and feel completely safe .
