Bathroom Remodeling in Albuquerque

My friend decided that she was going to get a new shower. She knew Lorenzo and he got them set up, however, he had very poor communication with my friend and her husband. The installer came out to measure and get the ball rolling, however, AFTER the installation took place issues ensued. 1. the shower doors did not leave room to get in and out of the shower, due to the shower pan not being standard size; yet, the company went ahead and did the install anyway, knowing this information. Nowhere in the process was there any kind of warning flag in their system that our shower pan is non-standard size (how would WE know this?) and that standard-sized bypass doors might make for a very tight entrance. 2. Appropriately-sized replacement doors were provided by ReBath but they leak because they do not close properly and no one will call us back to talk about it. THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION SINCE THEY REPLACED THE SHOWER DOORS. THIS COMPANY HAS DECIDED TO IGNORE THIER CUSTOMERS AND I THINK THAT IS DESPICABLE.

The installer and installation process was great! The tech was prompt, courteous, friendly, and conscientious. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. But be prepared for poor communication. We missed a call on a weekend and were asked to return the call to schedule, but the office is closed on the weekend and we were unable to reach anyone. Not once prior to the installer showing up the first time were we instructed to clear everything out of the bathroom and off of the other side of walls surrounding it (as installation would likely be knocking things off walls), so we had to have installer return a different day. Nowhere in the process was there any kind of warning flag in their system that our shower pan is non-standard size (how would WE know this?) and that standard-sized bypass doors might make for a very tight entrance/egress. (Appropriately-sized replacement doors were provided by ReBath but they did not have a towel bar for some illogical reason.)

Lorenzo Briones did an outstanding job on renovating a shower and tub. He kept me informed on the progress of the projects and delivered high quality installation. He was highly professional.

I converted my tub to walk in shower through Re-bath. Brandon and Lorenzo were excellent from start to finish on the project. Brandon was always available whenever I had questions etc. Lorenzo was very professional in installing the walk in shower. He gave great advice and information on the shower and care of it. Lorenzo even came the next day on a Saturday to do the completion on the shower. Wonderful job on the whole project.

Extremely respectful contractors. Beautiful quality work. Price is reasonable for the quality they provide. Left the area spotless once they were done. If they are within your budget I'd highly recommend hiring them for any work needed to be done on the house.

Our experience with Re-bath was great from start to finish. Scott Hughes did an awesome job explaining everything and listening to our needs. Lorenzo the installer was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and overall pretty amazing because he explained everything in detail to myself and our tenant.

First of all, you can have a pleasant, helpful representative answer the Re-Bath calls. I called in to get preliminary information on how I would start the process of our bathroom remodel. I asked several questions and was met with "you just need to set up an appointment and talk to an advisor." Next appointment was over 4 weeks away. Then I asked if I could just come in and look around. Heavy sigh ... we do accept walk-ins, but it's better if you make an appointment. I asked if the advisor could come to our home to help us with the options that would be available to us given the square footage of our current bath. I was told no - that's not how we do it. I started to tell the person that I would like to see their ideas prior to me selecting tiles, cabinetry, showers, etc. and that way I would know what we needed and what quantity of materials to budget accordingly. She hung up on me! I have a call into the customer service line and have yet to receive a call back. Come on Re-bath - do better!
