Marketing Specialist

Boasting more than 100 franchises across the country in more than 120 DMAs, Re-Bath has evolved into one of the most powerful bathroom remodeling brands in the country. It’s our mission to make residential bathroom renovation an effortless experience, handling every detail from design and selection of quality products, to demo and installation.

With a vision to be the first – and only – place people go to remodel their bathroom, we are in search for a passionate, results-driven marketing specialist to help develop and execute on franchise sales marketing plans and help consult with existing franchisees on their overall marketing plans. For franchise sales, these plans must reach and entice qualified entrepreneurs and empire builders to help grow our network with future high performing franchisees. Overall planning for franchisees should result in higher efficiency in marketing spend and increase overall brand awareness and increase overall leads with same spend. In addition to strategic planning, follow through and superior analytical skills, the ideal candidate must also be creative and collaborative.

You must have a passion for smart branding, integrated campaigns across traditional and digital initiatives, including, but not limited to: TV campaign creative and media placement, print advertising, direct mail, public relations, content marketing, digital initiatives and social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute franchise sales marketing plans and campaigns across all channels, markets and services.
  • Drive brand awareness and qualified sales leads on a national and local level.
  • Drive franchisee results by routine metric driven consultations on marketing plans, marketing spend and CPL. Ensure changes are made to help increase brand awareness, loyalty and local leads.
  • Advise executive leadership team on growing the company, position and brand based on competitive insights, utilizing latest marketing technologies and trends.
  • Lead a diverse team of talent and manage marketing vendors across traditional advertising, content management, digital-social media, franchise sales marketing and public relations.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs, tools, guides and training to help support local franchisees along with performance assessments and measurements.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support new business development efforts to expand the franchise base.
  • Analyze markets, revenue streams, clients and channels through analytical models to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that optimize our growth, marketing resources and spend.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Driven, collaborative, growth-focused marketing professional.
  • Confident and assertive with a high sense of responsibility, quality, ethics and integrity.
  • Extensive understanding of digital landscape and campaign development best practices that will compliment traditional advertising approaches.
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns at a national level and in multiple markets to support local lead generation.
  • A strong leader capable of attracting, developing, managing, motivating and inspiring a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills in interpreting trends and data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient personal computer and presentation skills, including MS Office Suite.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2C and B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of revenue growth in the remodeling, home retail, lifestyle, or related industry brands. Franchising experience is a plus.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role.
