Prepare Bathgard using established mixing instruction for customer orders by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.
Sign out the needed items from the supply cage to make up enough product for a one day application. These items are BathGard (Simulated White or Clear), catalyst, spray control and grit.
Apply a small amount of the new mixture to a pre-cut piece of white liner material. Verify that the new is a perfect match to the material.
If the match is approved continue with the application on all product scheduled on the production work order. IF THE MIXTURE DOES NOT MATCH, STOP AND NOTIFY YOUR SUPERVISOR.
Clean all product that requires BathGard with approved cleaners prior to painting.
Perform a visual inspection on the finish product prior to re-packing.
This inspection should include but not be limited to correct size, color, no visual blemishes and a complete coverage of the area requiring BathGard.
Closes & seals containers.
Marks boxes with the new part number by affixing a B/G label at the end of the part number written on the box.
Moves completed boxes to the assigned staging area in the packing area.
Promptly notifies supervisor of scrap, reject, or other quality issues to assure proper documentation/recording.
Complete the production work order and turn it in at the end of your shift.
Monitors inventory of stock items & packaging materials & requisitions items as needed.
Assists with monthly & quarterly physical inventory counts as necessary.
Organizes standing liners in staging area according to delivery dates & residential/commercial distinction.
Utilizes good housekeeping practices. Keeps work area clean & organized.
Willingness to assist other departments when required.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively among employees of organization.
