Essential Duties:
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, monitor, and supervise the Sales team
- Identify, establish, and manage Lead Setter, Brand Ambassador, and Design Consultant Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure the Sales team meets or exceeds lead generation, conversion, sales, and customer service follow-up goals
- Improve sales team performance and productivity using role play, shadowing, training, and coaching
- Coordinate with production to ensure job flow and seamless customer experiences
- Complete all pertinent paperwork, as required, using business forms and systems
- Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of success in a sales management role, managing an outside sales force
- Experience selling and/or managing a sales force focused on customer and in-home sales
- Experience in the remodeling industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Self-motivated and eager to help others grow and succeed
- A positive, competitive, motivational, and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Salesforce or other CRM a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
