Essential Duties:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls for prospective customers/leads, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to meet with customers in their homes
  • Verify qualifying questions and enter information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Schedule Installations and coordinate any rescheduling as needed
  • Provide assistance to customers entering the showroom
  • Provide support in office administration and customer service
  • Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources


  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with CRM software preferred
  • Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or GED required
