| 1978 American Bathtub Liners (ABL) founded in Tempe, Arizona to offer bathtub liners to the Hotel/Motel Industry. |
1982 ABL’s Bathtub Liner beomes the first bathtub liner tested and approved by the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC). |
| 1982 Re-Bath is founded to offer bathtub liners to homeowners through a dealer network. |
1986 Company moves to new state of the art manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona. |
| 1990 ABL introduces the industry’s first Retrofit Wall Surround product line. |
1991 Re-Bath converts its residential dealership business to a franchise organization. |
| 1992 ABL changes its name to AmBath Corporation to reflect its ever expanding product line, including vanity tops. |
1998 AmBath enjoys a market share of over 95% in the sale of retrofit bathtub liners and is the largest producer of bathtub liners in the world. |
| 2000 Re-Bath awards its 100th franchise, making it the largest franchise in the industry. |
2006 Re-Bath awards its 200th franchise and introduces DuraBath SSP, it’s new proprietary sanitaryware surface. |
| 2009 Re-Bath expands its product offering to encompass full bath remodeling, including vanities, toilets and flooring. |
